The role of the Assay Services Administrator is to support all aspects of customer facing duties relating to the analysis services provided by the business. This includes all acknowledgement, reporting and queries related to the work. The role will be the focal point for all day-to-day communication with customers.
The Sample Preparation Technician is responsible for all sample preparation activities in accordance with the customer instruction.
To complete all tasks required ensuring work is processed through the fire assay department using classical fire assay methods, using high levels of precision, accuracy and efficiency, whilst adhering to H&S requirements.
